Job Description
Compensation:
Commission-Based
What You’ll Do:
- Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including laser services, facials, and skinrejuvenation treatments
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on skincare, treatment options, and post-care
- Support providers with treatments and patient flow as needed
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory standards
- Assist with patient experience, retention, and overall clinic flow
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Esthetician License (Florida)
- Laser Certification (required)
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong passion for skincare, aesthetics, and patient results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Professional, polished, and team-oriented
