Lauren Suttell is the founder of LJ Aesthetics Medicine. She is a board certified Advanced Registered Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, she received both her Bachelor of Science of Nursing (BSN) as well as her Master of Science in nursing (MSN) at the University of South Florida. With 12 years of experience as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, she has learned the value in taking the time to accurately assess and educate patients to provide the most individualized experience possible. Her true passion has always been her love for aesthetic medicine and focuses on enhancing a patient’s natural beauty. She devotes her time to listening to each patient’s aesthetic goals and performing comprehensive facial analysis in order to provide the most beautifully natural results. She maintains safe medicine practices and successful injection techniques while continuing to advance her knowledge through participation in medical associations and aesthetic education conferences.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their son, and their two labrador retrievers, Jackson and Sophie. They love boating, traveling, and spending time with their friends.

Alexa Gomez is a Nurse Practitioner at LJ Aesthetics, where she merges her healthcare expertise with her passion for aesthetic medicine to deliver natural, personalized results. Board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Alexa earned her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree from the University of South Florida in May 2024. With over seven years of experience in pediatric and adult hematology, oncology, and bone marrow transplant, she’s developed a strong foundation in patient care, emphasizing active listening, rapport-building, and crafting customized treatment plans.

Originally from Philadelphia, Alexa moved to St. Petersburg, Florida, in 2019 and is proud to call it home. She’s always been drawn to aesthetic medicine, where she can combine her creative side with her medical expertise to enhance her patients' natural beauty. Alexa is dedicated to providing safe, effective treatments and has participated in numerous safety committees throughout her career to ensure the highest standards of care. Her approach is rooted in patient education, helping individuals feel empowered and informed about their treatment options.

When she’s not working, Alexa enjoys exploring new coffee shops, taking walks, and watching the sunrise. She loves spending time outdoors with her husband, Blake, and they enjoy trying new restaurants and exploring everything Florida has to offer.

Kristie is your friendly neighborhood skincare expert with over 20 years of experience turning skin goals into reality. As a clinical aesthetician she's mastered the art of blending science with a personal touch to deliver customized treatments that leave her clients glowing-inside and out.

From her early days in the corporate world to discovering her true passion for skincare, Kristie's career has been a journey of transformation. Her shift into medical aesthetics was fueled by a desire to combine her problem-solving skills with her love for helping people feel their best. This dedication led her to specialize in advanced techniques like microneedling, chemical peels, Hydrafacials and personalized skincare programs using transformative medical grade skincare.

Kristie's unique blend of experience and hands-on expertise ensures that each treatment is both effective and enjoyable.

Outside the spa, she loves spending time with her family, pilates and enjoying all the sunshine Tampa has to offer.

After completing her degree in Respiratory Therapy in college she has spent the last 7 years in a variety of medical environments within St. Pete.

Erin’s passion for helping others is what drove her to the medical field and her empathy and compassion for others is unmatched. She excels in patient care with a passion for building strong relationships and has a keen eye for understanding her patients needs.

In Erin’s spare time she enjoys reading (come give her all your book recommendations), weekend markets, the beach and spending time with her husband, their dog Cooper and their friends and families.

Erin believes in living a healthy and fulfilled lifestyle. She is truly passionate about LJ and the positive impact it can have on people’s lives. She is honored to be apart of the LJ team both as a patient coordinator specialist and assistant practice manager. She is excited to contribute to our mission of helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals and boost their confidence.

Originally from Texas, Molly recently relocated to St. Petersburg with her husband after getting married in 2024. She brings valuable experience in primary care medical assisting, along with a genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best.

As a Medical Assistant and Patient Experience Specialist, Molly is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive environment for every patient. Her favorite part of healthcare is building meaningful relationships and ensuring each patient feels comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their journey. She loves being part of a team that empowers patients to look and feel their best, both inside and out.

Outside of the office, Molly enjoys spending time with her King Charles Spaniel, Darcy, taking walks along the St. Pete Pier, reading on her Kindle, and discovering new local coffee shops.
